Sure. Usually. Just include the size you need in the “details”
section of the form. If there is any problem with the size you need, we’ll let you know.

I’m interested in a animated banner. But before I order one or more I’m interested in knowing if a banner add requires sofware or some form of code installed on my server to run the animated banner?

No special software is required for animated banners. They are just standard .gif format images and they can be included in your website the same way as any other standard image or photo.
