Do you have multiple banner packages?

Yes. While others seem to rely on one-time "spontaneous purchases" we approach things a little differently. We like to know if our style is a good match for you so we suggest that you order a single banner first via our demo system. When that order is completed to your satisfaction and paid for, you can then let use know if you would like a banner package and we will deduct the cost of your first banner from the package price.

Here are some of our most popular banner packages:

Four Banner Package - $130: Four banners (all based on the first design) in any size.

Six Banner Package - $190: Six banners (all based on the first design) in any size.

Ten Banner Package - $300: Ten banners (all based on the first design) in any size.

Where is your website design portfolio?

We don't make that public. We also never include visible design credits on any websites (or any design credits at all if requested by the client) we design. Nearly all of our regular clients are established companies, and they don't want the details of their online presence available (especially to their competition) unless they choose to make it available.

Our website design and Wordpress theme design work is done as work-for-hire, all IP rights go to the client upon full payment for a project and we do not ever put it in any public portfolio. We do display a few selected banner design examples on our banner design samples page, and we reserve the right to do that with our banner designs - unless you specifically request that we don't when you place your order.

Also, since most "testimonials" you see online are fake, we never include them on our website - and we never annoy our clients by asking for them.

All of this is considered to be huge value-add by our existing clients. We have been in business for a long time and we have an excellent reputation - but we don't expect new clients to take our word for it, so we are more than happy to provide relevant portfolio examples and verifiable references to qualified potential clients who contact us as part of our proposals for website design and Wordpress theme design projects.

Do you need a banner, a header graphic or something else?

This is by far the most common question that we ask our clients. Many people mistakenly place orders for a banner when what they actually want is a header graphic. Design lingo can be confusing, so we'll define terms (as they relate to our products) here:

Banner : A "banner" is a banner ad. Most often used on other websites to advertise your website. Examples of banners can be seen on our banner samples page. You can order a banner any size (either animated or static) from our order form for $45.00 with no advance payment. This order form is only for banners.

Header graphic : Some people call header graphics "banners" and this is where the confusion starts. A header graphic is a design element at the top of your webpage that might contain graphics and images that help define the look of your site. They also usually contain a logo. Some websites are specifically designed to use a header graphic - and that makes it very simple to change the graphic and give the site a whole new look and feel. For other sites, using a header graphic requires changes to the overall design and layout. We can create custom header graphics (for sites specifically designed to use header graphics) at prices starting at around $150.00. For other sites, there is often more work involved and we provide pricing for those per case. To order or inquire about a header graphic, use our contact form so that we can have a look at your website and give you a price quote. Please don't use our banner order form to order header graphics. You can also sometimes find premade header graphics (as well as logos and other types of graphics) in our single sale premade bargains area.

What is a custom banner?

We use the term "custom banner" to refer to banners (ad banners) that we custom design and can be ordered via our free demo system for $45.00. We can make just about any type (animated or static) or size banner you need, including (but not limited to) the following common sizes:

What is the free demo system?

The main goal of the free demo is to introduce you to our design services and show you our style and how we work. It cuts out most of the unnecessary back-and-forth people have to go through when dealing with a new design team, and just lets us show you our stuff with minimal fuss and bother. You order it, we make it - and if you like it you buy it. If you have never used any of our services before, we suggest you order a banner through the demo system first. The demo system provides a very fast turnaround (usually within 24 hours) and there is no obligation - you'll be able to see the completed banner before you buy.

Here are some tips for using the demo system:

Unsure about something? Just ask. We are more than happy to answer any questions you might have either via our contact form before you order the banner - or, if you are any a hurry, you can just include your questions in the order form when you place your order and we'll answer them as quickly as possible.

Keep it simple. Just fill out the form as fully as you can and send it. We'll take care of the rest. Be sure to use a working email address or we won't be able to process your order. Your email address is only used to provide information about your order. We do not have mailing lists and we never send out newsletters or promotional emails of any kind.

Help us make your banner great. The description in the order form is very important and it should be completed fully. We really appreciate any info you can provide on your specific market. A summary of what you want to highlight about your product or service and who your target market is - is exactly what we need. In every case, the banner comes out much better if you provide clear details on your product and marketing goals. We know how to design banners - but nobody knows your product or service better than you do.

Also, we are very familiar with the needs of corporate clients with strict branding and legal requirements. We can follow campaign/branding design guidelines very well. These special projects are usually priced per-case under a corporate pricing plan and timeline. You can contact us for more information on corporate banner design projects. Keep in mind that you are contacting the production team directly (and not a sales rep) so no need to hold back on technical specs.

Changes and modifications Of course we will fix any mistakes we make (typos etc.) free of charge and we are relaxed and flexible about other types of modifications as well. Great customer service is important to us and we will often make other types of changes (within reason) free of charge. If the changes require a lot of extra work, we will request a reasonable fee to cover the extra time. We are quite proud of our track record when it comes to getting it right the first time - but we are equally proud of our professionalism and dedication to customer service so we are quite easy to work with if changes or modifications are needed.

Do you have banner templates?

Our custom banner templates are geared toward clients with some image editing skills who need banners in which the content is frequently changed. We can provide custom banner design templates delivered with all source files so that you can make changes to the banner yourself as needed. These banner templates take considerably longer to create than our regular custom banners and have different pricing. If you would like more information on custom banner template pricing, please contact us via our contact form. We don't currently offer "generic" (non-custom) banner templates as we feel they would be very limited in effectiveness (to be effective a banner must highlight YOUR unique products and services and it is very unlikely a generic banner template could accomplish that). We do get quite a few visitors that appear to be looking for "banner templates" but we are at a loss as to why anyone would want a generic, multiple sale, boiler-plated banner template when a custom designed banner is only $45.00. We are, however, always open to ideas - so if you are looking for something that we don't offer just drop us a note via our contact form and we'll look into it.

What about multiple or bulk banner orders?

We are glad to provide discounts for multiple banner orders, however we recommend that you order a banner via our demo system first if you have never used our services before. That way, you get a good sense of our style and that should help you make your decision. Pricing for multiple banner orders is always discounted and is determined per project. We are also willing to consider outsourcing if you have a customer base who you think could benefit from our banner design, website design, custom logo design or custom template design services.
